When you go on a blog tour, you expect there’ll be some reviews. It’s not an expectation of each participant in the tour – they don’t have the time! But there will be some who do; you just don’t know which ones. So, as each new post showed up, I’d open it bracing myself for a review. I say bracing because, no matter how good a previous review has been, you don’t know how a new reader is going to receive your book. We all have different tastes, so the chances are there will be the odd reader who doesn’t like what you’ve written. So far, there haven’t been any nasty surprises. Indeed, the reviews I’ve had have all been good to the point of embarrassment, and this one from Orchard Book Club is a case in point. (I should add here that I am more than happy to be embarrassed in this way on a regular basis!)

So take a look by clicking on the book cover below and, when you’ve read that, you might want to have a browse and see what else they’ve reviewed. After all, you might want another recommendation for when you’ve finished Ravens Gathering.
